Terms & Conditions – Nurture & Rise
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Nurture & Rise. By booking a service, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Services
All services are evidence-based, attachment-informed, and tailored to your family’s needs. Support is provided as guidance only; you remain responsible for your baby’s care and wellbeing.
2. Payment & Bookings
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refunded.
3. Results & Refunds
Every baby and family is unique. While I provide evidence-based strategies and personalised guidance, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. improved sleep patterns, reduced night waking).
Because results depend on factors beyond my control — including your baby’s health, developmental stage, and consistency of approach — refunds are not available once services have been delivered.
4. Use of Materials
Written plans, resources, and handouts provided by Nurture & Rise are for your personal use only.
These materials are tailored to your child and family and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.
5. Session Recording
Recording of consultations (audio or video) is not permitted. Written summaries and plans will be provided where relevant.
6. In-Home Visits (New Baby Support)
In-home sessions are currently available within London Zones 1–2.
Travel beyond Zone 2 may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.
Clients are expected to provide a safe and respectful home environment for all visits.
7. Online Support (Sleep Consultancy)
For packages including WhatsApp/email support, responses will be provided within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to the next working day.
Support duration is defined in your package details (e.g. one week or six weeks).
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information shared with Nurture & Rise will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.
9. Unexpected Events
If illness, transport disruption, or other circumstances beyond my control prevent me from providing a session, the booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Nurture & Rise will not be liable for costs arising from such delays.
10. Client Responsibility
By engaging my services, you acknowledge that:
You remain responsible for your child’s health and safety at all times.
My services do not replace medical care. If you have concerns about your baby’s health, you must seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
