Here’s how to arrange support that works for your family
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
There are two simple ways to get started, depending on the type of support you’re looking for:
1. Pre-Consultation Call
A free 20-minute Zoom call to meet, talk through your needs, and decide the best way forward.
For New Baby Support, this is the first step — we’ll get to know each other and decide on the sessions you’d like. After the call, I’ll send your client agreement, confirmation, and payment link to secure your dates.
For Sleep Support, this is optional. You can use the call if you’re unsure which package is right for you.
2. Book Directly (For Sleep Support Only)
If you already know which sleep package you’d like, you’ll soon be able to book directly through the calendar. Once booked, you’ll receive:
A client agreement
Your intake form
Payment confirmation
Your session is fully secured once these are completed.

Gentle, in-home support during your baby’s first weeks.
👉 Afternoon sessions (4h or 6h)
💷 £140 for 4 hours | £190 for 6 hours
