Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers to common questions — so you can feel confident and cared for from the start.

  • I specialise in infants during the first year of life. My services include:

    • New Baby Support for babies from birth up to 12 weeks

    • Gentle Infant Sleep Support for babies aged 4 to 12 months

    • New Baby Support is available in‑home across London (weekday afternoons)

    • Gentle Infant Sleep Support is delivered online, so I can support families wherever you are

  • Sessions are 4–6 hours long, always in the afternoons. This timing allows me to be fully present during a period when babies are often more unsettled and parents may be most in need of rest and reassurance.

  • Both options are possible. Some families prefer a one‑off session to ask specific questions, while others arrange a series of sessions for more consistent support in the early weeks. You’re free to choose what feels right for your family — there’s no requirement for a regular commitment.

  • For New Baby Support, many families book during pregnancy to secure preferred dates. For Sleep Support, most families book a week or two ahead.

That said, I understand that the need for help often arises suddenly. If you feel you need support now, please still get in touch — I sometimes have last‑minute availability and will always do my best to accommodate you.
