How I Can Support You

The first year of your baby’s life is full of changes — and questions. Whether you’re recovering from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or navigating sleep challenges as your baby grows, I’m here with calm, evidence‑based guidance and hands‑on experience shaped by working with over 170 families.

I bring a gentle, non‑judgemental presence — supporting you with rhythm, reassurance, and kindness.

🍼 New Baby Support (Fourth Trimester)

Focused, in‑home care during the first 12 weeks, when you and your baby are both adjusting to this new chapter.

As a trained maternity nurse (OCN Level 5), I offer 4–6 hour afternoon sessions designed to give you calm, practical support and the chance to rest, recover, and grow in confidence as new parents. These sessions are intentionally structured to ensure you feel supported — not replaced — with guidance you can continue applying long after I leave.

Your session may include:

  • Feeding and breastfeeding support: responsive feeding, paced bottle‑feeding, winding techniques, and reassurance

  • Soothing your baby: gentle methods for colic, reflux, unsettled evenings, and supporting bonding

  • Introducing daily rhythms: shaping naps, feeds, and bedtime into a gentle flow that suits your family

  • Practical newborn care: bathing, safe sleep set‑up, dressing, and advice on equipment

  • Parent wellbeing: time for you to rest, reflect, and share how you’re feeling in a safe, non‑judgemental space

📌 Designed for: Families with babies from birth to around 12 weeks
📌 Session length: 4–6 hours, afternoons only
📌 Location: London

🌙 Gentle Infant Sleep Support (4–12 Months)

Responsive, evidence‑based consultancy to help your baby — and you — get more rest.

From around 4 months, I offer online support tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s needs. Together we’ll create gentle, sustainable rhythms that nurture both sleep and connection.

Your support may include:

  • Understanding your baby’s sleep biology: what’s typical at each stage, and how to respond

  • Establishing calming routines: bedtime and nap time rituals that soothe your baby and work for your family

  • Troubleshooting common sleep challenges: frequent night waking, catnaps, early rising, or difficulty settling

  • Navigating sleep regressions: supporting your baby through developmental leaps with confidence

  • Building healthy, responsive sleep habits: never “cry it out” — always gentle, attachment‑informed, and realistic

📌 Designed for: Families with babies aged 4 to 12 months
📌 Format: Online consultations with personalised written follow‑up
📌 Options: One‑off consultation or multi‑session packages
